TeeBotMax was designed to be a light weight, folding 3D printer. With the use of open-source software and firmware, the printer can be controlled via a PC or stand alone using an in built SD card reader and LCD display with rotary encoders. The printer is 100% open-source.
Thanks to early adopters, builders and the open-source community, following the initial release of the 3D printer, we have received a lot of feedback
most of the suggested improvements have now been implemented..
Using high precision proximity sensor and an aluminium print bed, TeeBotMax now boast of auto bed levelling. It means you do not have to worry about calibrating the distance of the print nozzle to the bed, it is now implements these automatically.
TeeBotMax comes with a smart controller equipped with an LCD display, SD card reader and a rotary click encoder. These feature enable you to operate the 3D printer with out the need of a PC or laptop.
TeeBotMax has been tested and calibrated with most major 3D printing software like slic3r, pronterface, CURA and more.
TeeBotMax can be controlled over a network connection. Start and monitor your printer with an attached camera over the internet or local network. TeeBotMax has been tested to work with OctoPrint and Doodle3d.(Hardware required)
TeeBotMax can be easily folded for storage while not in use, or for easy transporting, the folding is done in simple steps.

After building my first 3D printer, moving it around and travelling with it was almost impossible.
I started designing TeeBot 3D printer with simple quality materials, making it fold-able and not compromising the print quality.
After a year of designing, testing and prototyping , TeeBotMax was released as open-source.
Learning from TeeBotMax user community new changes have been implemented.
The result is a simple, foldable 3D printer that produce quality 3D prints. I hope you like the design and enjoy building one as much as I do!!
